Kathy comes from a family of entrepreneurs and grew up in the family businesses which included Car Dealerships, LP gas, concrete companies and pharmacies.  She posses a clear understanding of the joys and challenges of business ownership. Before joining Sunbelt, Kathy built a distinguished residential real estate practice with BHGRE Metro Brokers.
