Kevin is a 2017 graduate of Emory University School of Law and will be attending Rutgers Business School this fall to earn his MBA. He specializes in the fields of securities, M&A, and finance. He has been published numerous times for his work on securitization and corporate governance. Kevin was also an editor for the Emory Corporate Governance & Accountability Review and vice president of the Banking and Finance Society. He is a Certified Main Street Business Broker- Sunbelt’s in-house business valuation and deal-flow training program.
At Sunbelt, Kevin leverages his unique expertise to add value to lower-middle market transactions. He does target industry research analysis, company market opinion valuations, and deal-flow management. It is Kevin’s wish to one-day break into the world of finance.
