Ric Hepburn

M&A Advisor – Healthcare

Ric is an experienced M&A Advisor and specializes in the medical, health and wellness industry. He has represented sellers of, pharmacy’s, home healthcare and hospice agencies, medical transportation companies and private medical practices since 2010. Ric earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certification in 2015 and is currently working on toward his Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) designation.

Prior to his career as a deal maker, Ric was a serial entrepreneur with a passion for small business. His very first business venture was the purchase of a boutique coffee shop in the historical Leimert Park area in Los Angeles, CA. That experience fueled his passion for deal making. Ric attended college on a basketball scholarship. His leadership qualities and driven personality earned him Team Captain, as well as, First Team All-New England Honors. He went on to play professional basketball in The Netherlands.
