Since 2009 this Company has been providing Facilities Management to Commercial Building Owners, Managers, and Tenants. There are currently 20+ clients with 88 buildings throughout the United States. The services provided are; facility management, contract management, CAM management, demand maintenance, preventative maintenance, and building audits. There are 6 full time employees, 3 part time employees, and a solid team of subcontractors that perform the services. COVID 19 did negatively impact the business as a number of clients had either temporarily closed buildings or reduced operating hours. As COVID is subsiding the demand for services is increasing.
