The Company’s extensive catalog includes Abrasives, Electrical, Lighting, Emergency Response & Rescue, Fasteners, Hardware, Industrial Clothing, Uniforms, Shoes, Instrumentation, Janitorial, Lubrication and Maintenance supplies. In addition to their extensive catalog, the company provides a host of value added services that set them apart from competitors; custom fabrication, safety kit assembly, private labeling, and fulfilment. With 30-years industry experience, the team has a strong network of strategic alliances and enjoys an excellent reputation. Known for being able to deliver just about anything a customer needs to keep their equipment and facilities going, their customers rest assured that this company can be counted on to get products to wherever they are needed on time and within budget. GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: Increased Government Spending: With the returning economy, government spending to repair facilities will increase. WOSB’s are a leading provider of products to local and federal government projects. Expansion of the WOSB Federal Contract Program: Local, State and Federal Governments are required to award 5% of its prime contracting dollars to WOSB’s. In an effort to help agencies meet this goal, a Sole Source Authority program was implemented, effective 12/2015, allowing Government Contract Officers to allocate more money, “set- asides”, to WOSB’s. In March of this year, 36 new industries were added to the WOSB program, making more products eligible for “set-aside” funds. The Founder is seeking a partner that can help take the company to the next level. With more capital, the company has the opportunity and ability to secure larger government contracts and would be able to further expand the commercial side of the business. The ideal partner is one that may benefit from the Founders GSA-MAS and GSA contract schedule 51V-MRO, will be able to provide capital, and assist with building out the management team.
