Touraine Stewardship Group LLC acquired the Company with the goal of building on Office Pride of North

relationships. The buyer was seeking an opportunity with an experienced general manager in place that could
support remote ownership and intends to preserve the Company's service-first approach while pursuing
continued growth throughout North Georgia.
