Based in Florence, Alabama, Kleen Air Research operates a pleated HVAC air filter manufacturing plant and an air filtration services company that services to over 5,000 commercial and industrial locations in 26 states across the country.

ARES Holdings, LLC is based in Melbourne Florida and made the acquisition of Kleen Air Research, Inc. as a strategic investment to provide complimentary support to their portfolio companies; CMS Mechanical Services and Nextech, also based in Melbourne Florida.
