Mark Werbalowsky has been an M&A Advisor with Sunbelt Business Brokers Atlanta since 2016, and has been a Business Intermediary in Atlanta, GA., since 1998.

Prior to starting his business brokerage practice, Mark was a principal in the start-up, operation and successful sale of three privately held enterprises. It was during the process of the sale of his companies, that Mark recognized the need for a business broker who was both intimately familiar with the nuances of selling a business, and sensitive to the emotional challenges a seller faces when planning an exit strategy. It this understanding that drives Mark today; he has facilitated the sale of more than 200 businesses, ranging from manufacturing and distribution companies to service businesses as well as restaurant and retail.

Early in his career, Mark spent 16 years as a Business Development Executive with a Fortune 100 Company after graduating from Michigan State University. He resides in Roswell, Georgia with his wife Vikki, an accomplished Interior Designer.
