• Quality of Products - Their unique manufacturing process offers a differentiated visual vs. other glass tile products and adds to their brilliance and brightness of color.  Their tile thickness provides exceptional strength and durability vs. more conventional glass tiles.
• Broad Product Offering – They offer a wide range of standard sizes, including large format (12”x24”) options, specialty shapes and gloss, matte, and metal finishes.
• Custom Design Capabilities – These custom designs can be created to offer unique visuals where standard offerings are inadequate.  These designs are templated and often hand-assembled to exacting standards and enable precise installation on the job site

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

• Increase Sales Team and Distribution Network – Current sales team is composed of two people.  Adding to these talents could increase customer reach significantly.
• Launch Targeted Marketing / Advertising Campaign – Company currently does very little marketing or advertising.  Targeted efforts to increase awareness of company products and capabilities could help drive revenues.
• Expand Product Portfolio – Company’s current products line, while extensive, has not launched new products/styles in in recent years.  Selectively expanding colors and/or styles could help the sales effort and result in increased awareness and interest in the company offerings.
