Greg is a commercial real estate expert with 30 years of experience in serving clients’ advisory, valuation and analysis needs. Mr. Eidson is an M&A Advisor for Sunbelt Business Brokers -Atlanta specializing in the sale of Hotels, Motels and Resorts. His strength is finding solutions. He enjoys the process of serving the buyer and seller as an intermediary, addressing questions of value and guiding market/feasibility decisions. He uses his breadth of experience and industry relationships to find the right solution for his clients.
Greg has spent his career learning all he can about the value-driven financial side of commercial real estate—from negotiation to valuation. He has prepared valuation reports, market studies, and financial reviews on 100 hospitality properties. He has interviewed over 100 general managers, developers, and consultants to learn how a property fits into a market. He applies this knowledge in his role as a Business Intermediary to serve our clients in reaching their objectives.
Greg holds a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University. He has also earned the prestigious CCIM designation (commercial brokers) from the CCIM Institute and the MAI designation (commercial appraisers) from the Appraisal Institute.
Greg resides in Newnan, GA. In his free time, you can find him cooking, reading, walking his mutts, trying to keep up with his four adult children, and spending time with those most important to him.
