Before joining Sunbelt Atlanta Business Brokers , Raquel founded and led a boutique staffing firm, growing it into a seven-figure enterprise. Steering her company through its acquisition gave her a firsthand understanding of what it takes, emotionally and strategically, to scale and sell a business.
Raquel brings a dynamic and accomplished background to Sunbelt Atlanta with a career that spans a variety of industries including staffing, mental and behavioral health, nonprofits, and education, where she’s held leadership roles that have deepened her understanding of how to build strong systems and authentic relationships. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from Michigan State University.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Raquel taking long walks around the City of Decatur, where she resides, or traveling—preferably to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she loves hiking with her husband and two children.
