Before joining Sunbelt Atlanta, Andrew held senior roles at Thermi, CryoGen, and Medical Alliance, and founded and exited a successful healthcare services company. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical device sales, and capital equipment financing, Andrew has led national sales teams and structured complex transactions with physicians, hospital systems, and investors.

His expertise spans medical aesthetics, women’s health, imaging, and outpatient services. Andrew is known for his ability to help providers prepare for exit.
