The Company has built a strong reputation for reliability, technical support, and product performance, supplying HDD contractors with the equipment required to complete complex water, sewer, telecom, and energy projects safely and efficiently.

With a history of growth driven by repeat customers and contractor relationships, Hardrock occupies a defensible niche within the broader utility construction supply chain. Beach Road’s acquisition of Hardrock aligns with its strategy to expand its footprint in precision‑engineered products for infrastructure and utility applications, adding a complementary platform with established customers and recurring demand from HDD and underground utility contractors.
